Presets are divided into categories: Happy Blues, Perfect Greens, Cozy Warms, Magic Sunsets and a brand new series called World Tour. The last one is a mix of my recent travels across Asia, South America, Caribbean and Europe and it’s the most diverse and advanced of them all.
While each collection is an indication on what kind of locations the presets would work for best, sometimes a sunset presets will work great in a jungle or a happy blue preset for sunset. Names are just a suggestion of how I use them but feel free to play around!
Presets are nothing more than ‘filters’ available for Adobe Lightroom. Lightroom is a professional coloring program for photographers all around the world who use the software to create a certain look for their photos. It’s called coloring for a reason - the program gives you unlimited possibilities of changing any colors in the photo to your liking. These presets are the exact ones I use on my photos and yes, I only use Lightroom not Photoshop to color my photos. Even though both Mobile and Desktop presets are one-click presets, you will need to adjust exposure, contrast and saturation to your liking and or to match the settings of your camera. This is completely normal and the more you grow as a photographer, just like with any other art, you start developing your own look for your photos.
